Event # 24 der World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2022 sorgte von Beginn an für Action, denn es ist das $1.000 Flip & Go NLH presented by GGPoker. 1.329 Entries flippten sich in Runde 2, dann wurde im normalen MTT Modus weitergespielt.
Auch wenn es nur Glück ist, die Spieler mögen Flips. Und genau deshalb sind Flip & Go Turniere auch so beliebt – selbst bei einem Buy-In von $1.000. Einige nahmen sehr viele Anläufe und hätten schon fast den Final Table erreichen müssen, um mit einem Plus auszusteigen, andere waren dann doch deutlich zurückhaltender und versuchten sich nur einmal. 1.329 Entries kamen zusammen, 157 Spieler stiegen auf in Runde 2 und hatten $2.000 sicher.
Zwölf Levels wurden dann im MTT Modus gespielt und hier erwsichte es unter anderem Josh Arieh, Kenny Hallaert (100/$2.150), Felipe Ramos (92/$2.340), Mike Watson (76/$2.580) oder auch Jeff Gross (74/$2.580). Ismael Bojangs Braceletjagd endete auf Rang 68 für $2.880, soviel nahm auch Shaun Deeb für Rang 64 mit. Koray Aldemir sorgte bei diesem Event für das beste DACH-Ergebnis, mit Platz 30 für $6.030 verpasste er aber das Finale.
27 Spieler starten bei den Blinds 20k/40k ins Finale, Chipleader ist Christopher Chatman. Alle haben $6.030 sicher, der Sieger des Flip & Go Events nimmt $187.770 mit.
