Das $25.000 Pot Limit Omaha Event # 57 der World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2023 im Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas ist eröffnet und präsentierte sich mit einem großen und starken Feld.
Die NLH High Roller Events waren stark besetzt, aber auch das $25k PLO lockte die Prominenz an. Die DACH-Community war unter anderem mit Fernando Habegger, Anton Morgenstern, Oliver Weis, Tim Grau, Christopher Frank und einigen anderen vertreten. Unter ihren Gegnern waren unter anderem Phil Ivey, Isaac Haxton, Chance Kornuth, Anson Tsang, Erik Seidel, Rob Hollink, Anthony Zinno, Nick Schulman, Bruno Fitoussi, Vanessa Selbst und so weiter.
Zehn Levels waren zu spielen, wobei aber die Late Reg insgesamt für zwölf Levels offen ist. 357 Entries wurden verzeichnet, 149 Spieler tüteten am Ende Chips ein. Firas Kashat sicherte sich mit 1.203.000 Chips die Führung, Anton Morgenstern liegt mit 950.000 auf Rang 5. Auch Christopher Frank (46/442k), Tim Grau (63/366k), Klemens Roiter (65/364k) und Fernando Habegger (111/185k) kommen zu Tag 2 wieder.
