Nathan Gamble ist der nächste Bracelet-Gewinner bei der World Series of Poker 2017. Der US-Amerikaner setzte sich beim $1.5K PLO8 durch und kassierte $223.339.
Das $1.500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better der WSOP 2017 ging mit 21 Spielern in Tag 3. Bernardo Dias (18./$7.644), Barry Greenstein (14./$9.513; Foto) und Barny Boatman (12./$12.034) verabschiedete sich noch vor dem Final Table.
Der erste freie Stuhl am Finaltisch gehörte Wendy Weissman. Die Amerikanerin brachte ihren Stack am Flop mit in die Mitte. Michael Gross hielt dagegen und holte mit und den Low sowie den High Pot.
In einem sehr großen Pot erwischte es Millard Hale. Hale eröffnete und bekam einen Call von Nathan Gamble. Nun meldete sich Adam Hendrix zu Wort und erhöhte. Hale ging nun drüber, wobei er keinen vollen Raise spielte. Die Big Stacks callten und checkten das Board durch. Gamble dreht für den Flush um und kassierte mehr als eine Million in Chips.
Weniger spektakulär verabschiedete sich Fernando Macia, der recht unglücklich ein Kicker Duell mit gegen Ray Henson (Board ) verlor.
Platz 6 belegte Miguel Use. Der Belgier ging am Flop mit all-in. Hendrix callte mit dem Two Pair und Turn sowie River änderten nichts.
Marco Johnson beendete seine Jagd nach Bracelet #3 auf Rang 5. Der Poker-Pro brachte seine letzten Chips mit in die Mitte. Gamble hielt dagegen und traf auf dem Board Quads.
Gegen Ende ging es rasant zur Sache. Mit gegen beförderte Nathan Gamble Michael Gross an die Rails (Board ). Eine Viertelstunde später startete bereits das Heads-Up.
Ray Henson eröffnete, Bully Gamble ging drüber und traf nach Hensons Call das Board . Gamble startete mit 5,64 Millionen das Duell gegen Adam Hendrix, der hielt mit 590.000 keine zwölf Big Blinds.
Nach wenigen Minuten war das Heads-Up beendet. Hendrix ging per Raise am Flop all-in, Gamble callte mit , machte am Turn das Boat und verbesserte dieses sogar noch am River .
