Tag 2 im $3.000 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed der WSOP 2018 startete mit 202 verbliebenen Spielern. Ab Platz 136 gab es einen Cash und bereits im dritten Blind Level waren die bezahlten Plätze erreicht.
Dominik Nitsche (Foto) spielte sich in das Geld und konnte in einer Hand mit Noah Schwartz sowie William Migely :Ad : ( ) gleichzeitig vom Tisch nehmen.
Für Tag 3 sollte es jedoch nicht reichen und der Deutsche verabschiedete sich auf Platz 62 ($5.947). Ebenfalls mit einem Cash an die Rails ist Khiem Nguyen, der $5.372 für Platz 71 holte. Besser lief es für Jan-Peter Jachtmann.
Der Bracelet-Gewinner schickte im letzten Blind Level mit geflopptem Flush gegen Top Set Peter Levine an die Rails. Wenig später kamen noch die Chips von Randy White hinzu.
Die Chips gingen am Turn in die Mitte. Jachtmann hielt die Strasse , White konnte mit nur noch auf einen Splitpot hoffen, doch die am River war keine Hilfe.
Der Tag endete mit 24 Spielern. Der US-Amerikaner Scott Bohlman führt mit 1,57 Millionen in Chips. Sehr gut aufgestellt ist Jan-Peter Jachtmann (800.000), etwas knapper sieht es bei Christopher Frank (386.000) aus.
