Auf 198 Spieler ist das Feld beim $1.000 Seniors No Limit Hold’em Championship Event # 47 der World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2022 geschrumpft und nur noch Hans Zarfl ist als letzter DACH-Vertreter mit dabei.
Von den 7.188 Entries war es mit 1.460 Spielern in Tag 2 gegangen, das erste Ziel waren die 1.079 bezahlten Plätze, die jedem $1.600 als Min-Cash sicherten. Viele DACHs waren dabei, Peter Mühlbek startete weit vorne. Doch während der zehn Levels wurde mächtig aufgeräumt und bis auf Hans Zarfl mussten auch alle DACHs an die Rail.
Nach Level 21 waren noch 198 Spieler übrig, die Führung holte sich Ben Sarnoff mit 3.155.000. Nicht allzu viele bekannte Spieler sind im Feld übrig geblieben, einige wie Allyn Shulman, Victor Ramdin oder auch Kathy Liebert sind noch zu finden. Hans Zarfl startet von Rang 153 aus in Tag 3, alle haben bereits $4.703 sicher.
