Zwei Tische sind beim € 5.300 Main Event der PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague im King’s bzw. Hilton Prag noch übrig geblieben, Sigi Kapeller und der Grieche Georgios Vrakas sind die letzten beiden deutschsprachigen Spieler.
Mit noch 53 der 1.458 Entries (1.049/409) war man in Tag 4 gestartet, bei den deutschsprachigen Spielern war schon kräftig aussortiert worden. Vier Deutsche – und der Grieche Georgios Vrakas – sowie drei Österreicher waren noch mit dabei und hofften auf einen Platz an den letzten beiden Tischen.
Carmelo Donato startete mit einem Double-up (AA>AQ), Nicolaus Paszkiewicz hatte dann aber nur einen kurzen Tag und musste sich mit Rang 49 (€ 19.800) begnügen. Für alle anderen ging es gut weiter und die Bilanz hätte sehr gut aussehen können. Nachdem es dann aber Josef Schusteritsch auf Rang 29 (€ 26.250) erwischt hatte, folgten die anderen relativ bald hinterher. Ken Oberlieben kämpfte short, ehe er sich mit gegen auf dem Board verabschieden musste (27/€ 30.200). Christian Rudolph hatte auf Rang 23 Schluss (€ 34.700), seine Chips gingen mit an Tjenno Eskes mit den Queens.
Zur Dinner Break waren die verbliebenen deutschsprachigen Spieler allesamt in der unteren Hälfte des Chipcounts zu finden. Fabian Bartuschk hatte schließlich in einem 3-Way Pot mit gegen die Queens von Sigfried Kapeller gegen von Pawel Wojciechowski Schluss, weil dass Board brachte. Fabian begnügte sich mit Rang 20 (€ 39.950), Sigi Kapeller dagegen verdreifachte und stand nun recht gut da. Carmelo Donato hatte sich als Shortstack durchgekämpft, mit gegen auf dem Board war die Reise aber auf Rang 19 (€ 39.950) zu Ende.
Sigi Kapeller sorgte für den letzten Seat open des Tages, mit hatte er auf dem Board die Straight, Pawel Wojciechowski glaubte sich dennoch gut mit seinen Assen und musste Platz 17 nehmen.
Mit 16 Spieler geht es heute in Tag 5, den Chiplead hat der Rumäne Paul Runcan (5.040.000). Sigi Kapeller konnte Rang 4 (4.440.000) erobern, Georgios Vrakas liegt mit 1.760.000 auf Rang 9. Alle haben € 47.250 bereits sicher, wenn es heute um den Final Table geht.
