Drei Starttage inklusive Re-Entry wurden angeboten. Mit insgesamt 578 Teilnehmern schaffte man es aber nicht, die Garantiesumme zu erreichen und so liegen $2.000.000 (abzgl. 3 % Dealer) im Pot. Die Top 72 Plätze werden bezahlt, wobei der Min-Cash $6.010 einbringt und auf den Sieger $366.660 warten.
Zahlreiche bekannte Spieler wie Marc-Andre Ladouceur, Kevin MacPhee, Jeff Rossiter, Antonio Esfandiari oder Jonathan Duhamel sind mit dabei und auch unter den 240 verbliebenen Spielern für Tag 2. Zwei deutsche Spieler haben es ebenfalls in Tag 2 geschafft. Fedor Holz und Julian Thomas spielen mit um die 72 bezahlten Plätze, allerdings haben die beiden nicht die besten Ausgangspositionen. Julian ist mit 17.500 einer der Shortstacks, Fedor liegt mit 69.200 im Mittelfeld.
Chipleader ist Jeremy Thompson, Marc-Andre Ladouceur liegt auf Rang 10. Auch Antonio Esfandiari (13.) und Jonathan Duhamel (18.) starten gut in Tag 2.
