Mit nur noch 23 der 1.101 Entries war es ins Finale gegangen, bei 60 Minuten Levels blieb reichlich Zeit zum Taktieren. Der Franzose Safwane Anwar Bahri lag in Führung, die Schweizer waren in der unteren Hälfte des Chipcounts zu finden. Am Final Table waren es dann Alain Hostettler, der als bester Schweizer Platz 8 (€ 8.008) nahm – und Luca Bojovic als zumindest in der Schweiz wohnhaft Rang 4 für € 27.000 + € 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Ticket. Im Heads-up konnte sich aber Michal Mrakes gegen Abd El Rahman Ghanim behaupten. Der Tscheche hatte schon im Juli die FPS für € 77.600 + WSOPE Ticket gewonnen, nun holte er sein zweites Ticket und noch satte € 84.700 Preisgeld.
Gestern wurde bereits die € 445 + 45 Euro Poker Million (€ 1.000.000 GTD inkl. 12 x € 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Tickets), heute Abend steht der zweite Speed Flight (60k/30′) auf dem Programm, wobei wieder bis 10 % der Entries gespielt wird, 15 % kommen ins Geld.
