Am Ende konnten die Schweizer beim € 500 + 50 Main Event der Swiss Poker Open im King’s Resort Rozvadov nicht brillieren, der Franzose Riadh Ben Farhat holte den Sieg und € 84.900 +€ 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Ticket.
1.091 Entries hatten (nach Abzug der 5 % Fee) für einen Preispool von € 518.225 gesorgt. Mit nur noch 23 Spielern war es gestern, den 5. Dezember, ins Finale gegangen, wobei der Franzose Riadh Ben Farhat den Chiplead hielt. Einige Schweizer waren noch im Feld und hofften auf den Prestige-Sieg.
Im Zielsprint ging den Eidgenossen aber die Puste aus und am international besetzten Final Table blieben sie auf der Strecke. Im Heads-up behauptete sich am Ende Riadh Ben Farhat gegen Luka Bojovic und jubelte über € 84.900 und das € 10k WSOPE Main Event Ticket.
Obwohl morgen der Startschuss der EPT Prag fällt und viele vom King’s Team deshalb im King’s Prague vor Ort sein werden, fährt man natürlich auch in Rozvadov volles Programm. Heute gibt es das € 130 + 20 Big Tuesday (€ 10.000 GTD/20k/20′), ehe morgen der Startschuss zum letzten German Poker Days Festival in diesem Jahr fällt. € 174 + 25 beträgt das Buy-In, € 300.000 (inkl. 4 x € 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Tickets) sind garantiert.
