Bei Event # 52 der World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2022 wurde wieder gemixt – das $2.500 Nine Game Mix 6-handed lockte an die Tische.
No-Limit Hold’em, Seven Card Stud, Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better, Razz, Pot-Limit Omaha, Limit Hold’em, Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better, 2-7 No-Limit Draw und 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw waren die neun Varianten. Zehn Levels à 60 Minuten standen an Tag 1 auf dem Programm und 456 Entries konnten sich durchaus sehen lassen. Damit lagen $1.010.150 im Pot, die Top 69 Plätze waren bezahlt.
Mit recht viel Action ging es durch den Tag, unter anderem blieben auch schon einige Bekannte auf der Strecke. Aber viele Bekannte sind auch in Tag 2 mit dabei, allen voran natürlich Phil Hellmuth, der Bracelet # 17 jagt. Er liegt aber mit 56.200 Chips nur auf Rang 134. 191 Spieler kamen heil durch den Tag, die Führung holte Schulyer Thornton, Chance Kornuth, David Williams und auch Mike Gorodinsky sind unter den Big Stacks. Von den DACHs schafften es Andreas Klatt (40/113.900) und Johannes Becker (190/10.500).
